Oilcorp Group is a well diversified group of companies involved in three (3) business activities, namely oil and gas, special projects, hotel, station operation and investment in property, and deep sea fishing. While oil and gas special projects are of specific nature, both the hotel and real estate investment activities and deep-sea fishing provide the Group a solid source of recurring revenue.
Oilcorp Berhad was incorporated on 12 July 2001 and assumed its current name from the start. We were listed on the main board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 5 August 2003. Oilcorp is principally an investment holding company while the principal activities of subsidiaries in Oilcorp are: ~
